Avocado Egg WHite Toast Recipe for MultiChef

We thought the best place to start is with the fulfillment of New Year resolutions, and for many customers, this means a healthier 2018. It can be difficult to get started and some people lose their motivation before they even begin, but having the right tools and food options can help. Today we share with you a great breakfast item for customers looking to improve their eating habits in 2018.


From Millennials to Baby Boomers we can agree on two things, rap music today is awful, and eating healthy on the go is never easy. While there isn't much we can do for rap music, we can help make nutritious food fare a bit more accessible for your customers. Food that is fast is almost never healthy and on the go options are usually a greasy mess folks grow to regret later. But what if your customers could stop at your c-store or QSR and get a nutritious breakfast sandwich to start their day off right? Well, pinch yourself, because this is no dream! The fast, fat fighting foods are out there and the MultiChef high speed oven knows how to prepare them! Just take a peak at this easy recipe for a classic breakfast sandwich with a healthy twist.



*One Serving

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Slices Multi Grain Bread, Bagle or English Muffin
  • 1 Slice Low Fat Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar Works Well)
  • ½ An Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Roma Tomato Sliced
  • Salt and Pepper



  1. Avocado Egg WHite Toast Recipe for MultiChefSet your MultiChef to 460 degrees with browning off, and set fan to high.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together your two egg whites (salt and pepper to taste).
  3. Pour egg whites into a lightly greased muffin tin and place in oven for five minutes.
  4. At the two minute mark on your timer, place two slices of multi-grain bread, bagel or english muffin, directly on the center oven rack.
  5. With one minute remaining on the timer, top one of the toast slices with a piece of low fat cheese of your choosing.
  6. When the timer sounds, remove toast and egg whites from the MultiChef.
  7. After removing egg whites from the muffin tin, place them on top of the slice of toast with the melted cheese.
  8. Top your fully cooked egg whites with your sliced avocado and roma tomato.
  9. Finish by adding your second slice of toast for your completed breakfast sandwich.
  10. Enjoy!
