MTI Year End Reflections

As we reach the end of another momentous, Motion Technology Inc. year, we cannot help but to think about all the wonderful things that have happened this year for us, as well as all the support we have from our amazing customers. Here, at the home of the number one source for ventless kitchen equipment, we wanted to take a minute to look back on a great year and all that has been accomplished! 

It was quite the busy year for MTI. We are always listening to the feedback we receive from our clients, and this year was no different. So, our product development and design staff hit the drawing boards and pushed forward through the year full steam, and with combined efforts from, our marketing, sales, technical, accounting, and production teams we were able to release THREE brand new products!

Our Family of fryers gained its newest and littlest member, the AutoFry Mini-C. Don’t let the size fool you, this compact fryer can really pack a punch! It is a double basket fryer, perfect for single serve selections. Production on this miniature marvel was brought on by open communications with our clients and the growing need for more made to order menu options in the quick serve and convenience store industries. So, we came up with the prefect solution, and now we have the Mini-C!  

While we are well known for our AutoFrys, we have been making high speed ovens for quite some times. Our original oven, the MultiChef, prepared food quickly with the use of convection, making the cooking experience simple for its operators. Over time our clients expressed the need of microwave combination cooking capabilities. So, we listened, and this year we released our new and improved MultiChef XL! This high-speed oven combines both convection and microwave creating an evenly cooked, finished product. Bake, steam, roast, this oven can do it all.

Last, but certainly no least, is a brand-new product that we are very excited for! The VentaGrill is the ventless griddle that every commercial kitchen needs to have. Like all our products, there are no hood systems necessary for its installation and operation, saving our clients from otherwise very high costs. Not only is the VentaGrill used just like any other griddle, it is also very easy to maintain. Owners and operators need not worry about their staff having difficulties or needing extensive training. Just plug in the VentaGrill and your'e on your way to a smooth, speedy service!  

Wow, we really did have a wonderful 2018 here at Motion Technology Inc., and it would have never been possible if it wasn’t for all our spectacular clients and staff. Thank you to everyone who has helped make 2018 a year to remember. We cannot wait to see what 2019 has in store!
