I'm guessing this was the reasoning behind the creation of the Amusement Expo International show, which comes to Vegas next month! This expo brings together the latest and greatest in the coin-op and revenue-generating amusement, music and family entertainment industry. Not sure if you should attend? There’s still time to decide and prepare for one of what looks to be the most fun trade shows available. Read on to learn more about why we're attending this show and why you should go too! **   #### **What is Amusement Expo International?** The AAMA/AMOA Amusement Expo International is the conference and trade show for the coin-op and revenue generating amusement, music, and family entertainment industries. Bringing buyers, sellers and industry experts all together for one show, the Amusement Expo is the largest trade show in the region focused on pay-to-play entertainment for family entertainment centers, arcades, bars and restaurants, and other locations where people seek out fun diversion out of home.  Running from **February 28-March 1st** at the **Las Vegas Convention Center**, this trade show attracts over 3,000 industry professionals, over 200 exhibitors! #### **Who attends Amusement Expo International?** This show is perfect for any type of attraction, entertainment center, bar, arcade, restaurant or experiential type of business looking to learn more about their industry, see the next in innovative products and network with the right people. From business owners, to management, to buyers and more, you'll see a wide variety of attendees looking to enhance their business! #### **Why do we attend this show?** For MTI, the Amusement Expo International is a unique occasion to connect with a wide variety of prospective foodservice innovators. There is almost no business that shouldn't take advantage of adding some sort of foodservice capabilities to their lineup and we’re happy to make that transition an easy one. It's no surprise that fried foods are a hit at most all attractions, but many businesses also like the versatility that our high speed oven offers. Between our two cooking applications, you can truly outfit your business to be fully equipped to serve a full or limited menu, depending on the needs of your customers. Best of all, because our equipment is fully ventless, it can be used in any location, regardless of kitchen space! An ideal feature for most trade show attendees! #### **Where can I find you?** **We’ll be exhibiting at Booth 855, along the right side edge of the show**. Stop by for a free product demo, food tastings and more! For your convenience, you can find a map of the event [**here**.](http://www.amusementexpo.org/2018/Public/EventMap.aspx?sortMenu=104003)  #### **Will we see you at Amusement Expo International?** We hope so!
