This recipe for a crunchy fish sandwich comes from our friends at [**Highliner Foods**](http://www.highliner-foodservice.com/en/recipe/Beer-Battered-Haddock-Sliders-with-Creamy-Asian-Slaw-231.html). Beer battered fish cutlets are topped with a deliciously creamy Asian slaw that starts with just a regular coleslaw base. The coleslaw is then enhanced with radishes, green onions, coriander, sesame oil, soy sauce and lime zest to brighten the flavor profile and really bring out the flavor of the fried fish below it! This recipe is sure to be a fan favorite on Fridays an every other day of the week too!     ### **Cheesy Curd Burger** ![curdburger.jpg](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/curdburger.jpg?width=358&height=313&name=curdburger.jpg)A sandwich is defined by Merriam-Webster as “two or more slices of bread or a split roll having a filling in between” which makes burgers one of America’s most popular sandwich. And when it comes to cheeseburgers, there is no better way to top a burger than with delicious fried cheese curds from **[Curdtown.](http://www.curdtown.com/our-product.html)** Far from your traditional cheeseburger, cheesy curd burgers are a crunchy comfort food option that your customers will love! Take it to the extreme with some slices of thick cut bacon and a side of french fries for a full meal!       ### **Sweet n Salty Slider** ### ![sweetsaltyslider-804541-edited.jpg](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/sweetsaltyslider-804541-edited.jpg?width=418&name=sweetsaltyslider-804541-edited.jpg) Because, what’s a sandwich list if you don’t include at least one ice cream sandwich on it!? This twist on a dessert classic [**from McCain**](http://www.mccainusafoodservice.com/Culinary/MenuIdeaDetails?pId=295&backUrl=%2FCulinary%2FMenuingIdeasList) may have some customers scratching their heads – but within the first bite they’ll regret ever doubting the salty sweet goodness of this slider.
