Pizza Expo 2025](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Frying%20Up%20Success%20-%20Pizza%20Expo%202025.png?width=1500&height=500&name=Frying%20Up%20Success%20-%20Pizza%20Expo%202025.png)](http://www.autofry.com) The 2025 International Pizza Expo & Conference in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience—and for us at [Motion Technology, Inc.](http://www.mtiproducts.com), it was one of our most exciting shows to date. As the proud manufacturers of the [AutoFry®](http://www.autofry.com), we were thrilled to be back on the show floor, connecting with passionate pizzeria operators, foodservice pros, and culinary innovators from around the world. **Debuting the AutoFry MTI-40E PRO[![40E PRO at Pizza Expo](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/40E%20PRO%20at%20Pizza%20Expo.jpg?width=318&height=424&name=40E%20PRO%20at%20Pizza%20Expo.jpg)](https://www.autofry.com/mti-40e-pro)** This year’s Expo was particularly special for MTI because it marked the official Pizza Expo debut of our brand-new [**AutoFry MTI-40E PRO**](https://www.autofry.com/mti-40e-pro). Attendees got a first-hand look at this powerhouse in action, and the response? Overwhelmingly positive. Operators loved the dual-basket capacity, enhanced touchscreen controls, and the built-in automated oil filtration/replenishment system that makes changing and filtering your fryer oil easier and safer than ever. Whether for high-volume snack bars or busy pizza kitchens, the MTI-40E PRO was a crowd favorite—and we’re incredibly proud of the buzz it created. **Sides That Stack Up to the Slice** One recurring conversation we had on the show floor centered around **menu strategy**. With rising food costs squeezing margins, shop owners are more focused than ever on maximizing every sale—and that means offering **appetizers and sides that aren’t just filler, but full-on flavor experiences**. At MTI, we believe (and many operators agreed) that **a strong pizza menu starts with a great pie—but it’s the add-ons that round out the meal and increase check averages**. Fried favorites like mozzarella sticks, loaded fries, chicken tenders, and onion rings continue to shine as top sellers. And thanks to the ventless AutoFry, shops can add these craveable items without investing in expensive hood systems or kitchen overhauls. **Why This Matters More Than Ever[![Food display pizza expo 2025](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Food%20display%20pizza%20expo%202025.jpg?width=344&height=458&name=Food%20display%20pizza%20expo%202025.jpg)](https://www.autofry.com)** As the cost of ingredients continues to climb, it’s no longer just about selling more—it’s about selling smart. Sides and apps offer high-margin opportunities that let shops recoup costs and stay competitive. And with customer expectations rising too, it’s not enough to just have a strong main dish; **every item on the menu needs to deliver on taste, consistency, and value**. That’s where AutoFry steps in. With fully enclosed, automated frying, shops can expand their menus safely and easily, without needing additional labor or venting. Whether you’re a one-location neighborhood staple or part of a growing franchise, AutoFry empowers you to diversify your menu and meet demand without compromising your kitchen flow. **Looking Ahead** We left Las Vegas energized and inspired by the creativity and resilience of the pizza community. The 2025 Pizza Expo proved once again that this industry is as innovative and passionate as ever—and we’re proud to support it with the tools to thrive. To everyone who stopped by Booth #555 to chat, watch a demo, or just say hello—thank you.
