Adding a foodservice program to your brewery can seem overwhelming. You know everything there is about beer, but when it comes to what kind of food to serve, or which equipment to use, it can feel like you're exploring unknown territory. Here at MTI, we want you to know there are food options that are easy to implement, especially when you have the right tools for the job.
We are always testing out delicious recipes in our MultiChef™ highspeed ovens. These ovens are equipped with convection, rapid impinged air, and precision microwave, allowing them to prepare top quality food in no time at all. So, we decided to put together our TOP 3 easiest menu items, because we know how beneficial the MultiChef can be for breweries, especially those with no prior foodservice experience. Take a look below and try your best not to drool!
The Pearfect Pizza
We are taking pizza to a whole new level with this flavor packed menu option. Top your prebaked pizza crust with prosciutto, thinly sliced pears, mozzarella, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Finish it off with some peppery arugula for a little extra bite. This salty and sweet combination is sure to be a big hit with your customers!
Mexicali Tots
After preparing our crispy tater tots in the oven, we then loaded them with shredded chicken (also prepared in the MultiChef), cheddar cheese, black beans, diced green peppers, and corn. Then we topped it all off with a generous drizzle of fresh avocado lime crema! This is a great addition to any appetizers or shareables menu.
Lazy Lasagna Grilled Cheese
We replaced our pasta with bread and were not disappointed in the least! We combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and basil in a bowl. Next we layered our mixture in between two crusty pieces of Italian bread and served our finished sandwich with marinara sauce for dipping. This is the perfect meal for lunch or dinner!
