AutoFry® Seasonal Menu Specials: Thanksgiving Eggrolls

That is exactly why we took all of those ingredients and turned them into a fantastic fried appetizer from the AutoFry®.

Thanksgiving Eggrolls are the perfect addition to any fall menu. Deep Fried Thanksgiving Eggrolls

Ingredients

6 Eggroll wrappers

1 cup. Shredded Turkey

1 cup. Mashed Potatoes

1 cup. Cranberry Sauce

1 cup. Cornbread Stuffing

1/2 cup. Gravy, for Dipping

Directions

  • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce.
  • Add two tablespoons of mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, and shredded turkey.
  • Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides.
  • Gently roll, and seal edges with a couple drops of water.
  • Repeat process with remaining ingredients.
  • Place finished eggrolls into the AutoFry chute and select a cook time of 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • Close the chute, dropping the eggrolls into the fully contained fry basket and oil pot.
  • Press the start button.
  • When finished frying, the timer sounds and the eggrolls will drop from the exit chute into the pan below. 
  • Plate and serve with hot gravy for dipping.
