Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
(Metal Griddle Pan)
Ingredients:
-10-15 Brussels Sprouts (Cut in halves)
-2-3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
-1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-Salt & Pepper to Taste
Steps:
-Evenly coat Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
-Once fully coated spread your Brussels sprouts out onto your griddle pan.
-After you have evenly distributed the sprouts across your pan you are ready to get them into the oven.
-With your pizza peel, carefully insert the griddle pan into the MultiChef XL.
- Select the Vegetable category, and then select the preset roasted vegetables recipe.
-At the end of the cook cycle remove the griddle pan carefully with the pizza peel and get ready to serve.
Steamed Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic
(Metal Griddle Pan)
Ingredients:
10-15 Stalks of Asparagus
1-2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Large Clove of Garlic Roughly Chopped (Substitute with a Teaspoon of Garlic Powder)
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Steps:
-Break off the ends of the asparagus stalks where they naturally bend
-Evenly toss asparagus in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper
-Once fully coated, wrap your asparagus in a well dampened paper towel and place the bundle directly onto your griddle pan
-using the pizza peel, carefully insert the griddle pan into the MultiChef XL
-Select the Vegetables category, and then select the preset steamed asparagus recipe
-At the end of the cook cycle remove the griddle pan and get ready to serve
Maple Roasted Carrots
(Metal Griddle Pan)
Ingredients:
1-2 Cups Whole Baby Carrots)
1 Tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Steps:
-Evenly coat the carrot pieces in olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper
-Spread your freshly coated carrots evenly onto your griddle pan
-Use the pizza peel to carefully place the griddle pan into the MultiChef XL
- Select the Vegetable category, and then select the preset roasted vegetables recipe.
-At the end of the cook cycle remove the griddle pan and get ready to serve
