Seasonal Sensations_ MultiChef XL Side Dishes to be Thankful for !It is that delicious time of the year again! Family and friends are getting ready to gather around the dining room and take part in the annual turkey dinner take down. Tables across the country will display fantastic meals with a gloriously browned turkey at the center of it all. Mmmm you can just about smell the perfectly crisped skin! Now, we know that more often than not, the turkey steals the show on the big day, but at Motion Technology Inc we have quite a soft spot for Thanksgiving side dishes, and we would just love to share some of our favorite recipes with all of you!

Typically, the first sides that come to mind are mashed potatoes or stuffing, but we like to focus on the veggies that don’t always get the holiday shout out they deserve! We have gathered three of the tastiest vegetables and prepared them perfectly in our MultiChef XL. The recipes are quick and simple, and with just the press of two buttons you’ll have scrumptious sides ready to serve. By using a combination of microwave and impinged air the MultiChef XL roasts and steams all kinds of vegetables. With in minutes you have hot and ready sides for any meal your business may be preparing for. Check out the recipes below and see how wonderfully versatile our ventless equipment can be.
