  • 6 frozen pre-cooked breaded fish filets 
  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage 
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup diced mango 
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced jalapeños 
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Chipotle Lime Crema

  • ½ cup sour cream 
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce 
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Fry the Fish
    • Place frozen breaded fish filets in the AutoFry. Input a 4 minute cook time and AutoFry will take it from there. Keep warm under heat lamp until assembly.
  2. Make the Slaw
    • In a bowl, toss shredded cabbage and carrots with a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of salt. For extra flavor, add diced mango for sweetness and jalapeños for heat.
  3. Blend the Crema
    • In a food processor or blender, combine sour cream, chipotle pepper, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and zesty.
  4. Assemble the Tacos
    • Layer each tortilla with slaw, top with a crispy fish filet, drizzle with chipotle lime crema, and garnish with cilantro leaves.
  5. Serve & Squeeze
    • Finish with a fresh squeeze of lime and serve immediately.
