Last week, Motion Technology, Inc., the proud manufacturers of the AutoFry, had an incredible time exhibiting at the 2025 NACS Show in Chicago! The show floor was buzzing with innovation, excitement, and of course, the irresistible aroma of fried food. As one of the premier events for the convenience and fuel retailing industry, NACS provided the perfect stage for MTI to showcase the future of ventless frying technology.

This year’s show was especially thrilling as MTI debuted two brand-new innovations: the MTI-10X PRO and the AutoFry PrepShelf.

Introducing the MTI-10X PRO

The newest addition to MTI’s ventless fryer lineup, the MTI-10X PRO, drew plenty of attention from attendees eager to see the next evolution in the AutoFry family. As part of the PRO Series, this cutting-edge model features built-in oil filtration, offering users a more efficient and streamlined frying experience. By simplifying oil maintenance, the MTI-10X PRO helps operators extend oil life, reduce waste, and maintain consistent, delicious food quality—all without the need for a traditional hood or vent system.

Guests were able to see firsthand how the MTI-10X PRO delivers the same reliability and safety that AutoFry users have come to expect, now with enhanced performance and productivity features. The MTI-10X PRO will be available in early 2026, giving operators something exciting to look forward to in the new year.

Meet the AutoFry PrepShelf

In addition to unveiling the MTI-10X PRO, MTI also introduced the AutoFry PrepShelf, a clever new accessory designed to maximize efficiency and organization. This convenient shelf easily attaches to the side of specific AutoFry models, providing handy spaces for tongs, salt and seasonings, cleaners, and more. The PrepShelf keeps essential tools within arm’s reach, helping operators streamline workflow and maintain a tidy kitchen setup—ideal for busy convenience stores, QSRs, and any operation looking to make the most of their space. The AutoFry PrepShelf will also be available in early 2026.
