This week, two of my favorite things came together in Las Vegas for their respective annual trade shows: Movies and Pizza. Really, a match made in heaven, these two industries are both evolving in many ways.

At CinemaCon, owners and operators are finding in-theater dining to be the next big profit maker. And at the International Pizza Expo, the big players are pushing customization and freshness. Meanwhile both industries are looking for new ways to make the customer experience as unique as possible.

When it comes to foodservice in the cinema or pizza industry, the entire experience must be convenient, fresh and memorable. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of that, we've round up our best blogs highlighting strategies of foodservice for both industries.
