I’m an easy going fryer, with operations so simple they only require three steps. I love to fry foods without the use of an overhead vent or hood system. I can fit in just about any space, both on the floor or on the counter, making me compatible with just about any food service operation. I have my own heat-time compensation intelligence, so I’m pretty smart and can *even* adjust cook times of foods to account for the size of the fry batch. **Likes:** frying, fried foods – they’re my two favorite words! **Dislikes:** hoods, vents - they’re so unnecessary! **I’m really good at…** frying just about anything. Wings, burgers, fries, onion rings, clams, scallops, you name it, I’ve fried it! **Favorite Books, Movies, Shows, and Foods:** My favorite book is *How to Eat Fried Worms*, favorite movie is *Fried Green Tomatoes*, and my favorite food is the almighty French fry! **Other than appearance, what is the first thing people usually notice about me… the** fact that I’m fully enclosed so no one ever comes in contact with my hot oil. **What I look for in a partner:** My requirements for a partner are pretty simple, I want someone who can fill me with food and press a few buttons, I’ll always take care of the rest. I typically look for someone who wants to increase their profits through the addition of hot prepared fried foods to their menu. An ideal mate would appreciate my fully automated procedures and be willing to change and filter my oil throughout our relationship. **Where do I see myself in ten years?** I see myself still churning out hot prepared fried foods.
