Finally, we created one of our favorite brunch items using both our AutoFry and MultiChef XL. It is our Benedict Tater Tots. This mound of fantastically fried tots are topped with bits of candied Canadian bacon, a sunny side up egg, and finished with a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce and fresh parsley. This dish will have your taste buds doing back flips!
