Celebrate with MTI's Top 3 Menu Promos Published by [Danielle Fantasia](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/author/danielle-fantasia) on Mar 10, 2023 9:30:00 AM [![_St. Patricks Day Blog Header](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/_St.%20Patricks%20Day%20Blog%20Header.png?width=1500&height=500&name=_St.%20Patricks%20Day%20Blog%20Header.png)](http://www.mtiproducts.com) St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and it is time to start planning your holiday promotions. We are always hard at work in our test kitchen coming up with fun and tasty menu options from the AutoFry and MultiChef that we think everyone will love. This is especially true when it comes to our favorite holidays, and St. Patrick’s Day is no exception. Check out our *Top 3 Menu Promos* to kick off the luckiest time of the year! Mini Shamrock Quesadillas This is a great addition to both appetizers and kids menus. Spinach flour tortillas act as the base for this handheld delight, but after that, the possibilities are endless. Load these quesadillas up with whatever kind of filling you like. Just make sure to use a large shamrock-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the perfect St. Patty’s Day offering. These cheesy little clovers only take 30 seconds in the [MultiChef](http://www.multichef.com) oven.    Ultimate Irish Totchos First things first. Deep-fry frozen tater tots in the [AutoFry](http://www.autofry.com). Load your finished tots on to our solid teflon tray and top them with diced corned beef and grated cheddar cheese. Insert your tray and tots into the MultiChef oven to melt your cheese. Finish it all off with shredded cabbage and carrots, or a premade coleslaw. [![Dessert Egg Roll in Basket - AF Logo](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Dessert%20Egg%20Roll%20in%20Basket%20-%20AF%20Logo.png?width=343&height=343&name=Dessert%20Egg%20Roll%20in%20Basket%20-%20AF%20Logo.png)](http://www.autofry.com) Luck of the Irish Eggrolls These fantastically fried sweet treats are so perfectly golden there might as well be a rainbow attached to them. Eggroll wrappers are stuffed with a filling made from crushed Mint Oreos, cream cheese, and powered sugar before they are cooked in the AutoFry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Serve these up with melted chocolate or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We know what you’re thinking, and we get it. We too wish that this holiday came more than once a year. Thankfully with the AutoFry, MultiChef, and the great menu options listed above, we can make it feel like St. Patrick’s Day whenever we want!
