Pizza is the ideal food no matter your flavor profile preference. From the classic cheese thin crust, to the historic Chicago deep dish, and even dessert pizzas, these dough-licious pies are hands down some of the most mouthwatering food your taste buds will ever have the honor of encountering.  

At Motion Technology Inc., we simply CAN NOT get enough pizza. We love to mix it up a bit and serve it all types of ways, fresh out of the MultiChef XL! Whether it is our pre-made dough recipe, or your run of the mill, frozen pizza, you get nothing short of perfection when using our high-speed oven. So, to pay homage one of the best days ever created, we decided to share with all of you, four flatbread recipes that we had a little bit of fun with. Check them out below and see just how fast and easy pizza making can be with the MultiChef XL!

We like to keep things simple for our customers, so we made sure all of our flatbread recipes use the same parameters, allowing owners and operators to keep service moving smooth! 

Cooking Parameters:

1 Step

Cook Time: 1 Min 30 Secs 

Temp: 525

Micro: 60 

Air:  60

 

OK, now that we have our parameters in order, lets get to the recipes.

 

Sweet Chili Chicken Flatbreadthin crust bbq chicken

Ingredients:

1 Cup chopped fully cooked chicken breast (Raw boneless chicken breast can be prepared in oven)

2 Cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

½ Cup Frank’s Sweet Chili sauce

¼ Cup chopped red onion

1 Pre-made flatbread crust (6” x 13”)

Instructions:

Spread Frank’s Sweet Chili Sauce evenly across the entire flatbread crust, almost fully to the edges

Distribute the chopped chicken over the layer of sauce

Top the chicken with the shredded cheese blend

Lastly, sprinkle the red onion equally across the partially complete flatbread

Place the fully assembled flatbread on the pizza peel

Insert the flatbread into the MultiChef XL and place it directly on the pizza stone  

Select the preset flatbread pizza recipe

When the timer sounds, use the pizza peel to remove the finished flatbread

 

Balsamic & Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts Flatbread

Ingredients:

1 Cup roasted balsamic brussels sprouts (Previously prepared  in the MultiChef XL)

Brussels sprouts pizza¼ Cup of pre-cooked chopped bacon or bacon bits

2 Cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

1-2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1-2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 Pre-made flatbread crust (6” x 13”)

 Instructions:

Spread 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pre-made crust

Place roasted balsamic brussels sprouts on top of the layer of cheese

Sprinkle the bacon over the brussels sprouts

Cover the bacon and sprouts with the remaining cup of cheese

Place the prepared flatbread onto the pizza peel

Using the pizza peel insert flatbread into the oven directly onto the pizza stone

Select the preset flatbread pizza recipe

When the timer sounds, use the pizza peel to remove the finished flatbread

Once removed from the oven drizzle the flatbread with the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

 

Hawaiian Style Flatbread

1 Cup diced honey ham

1 Cup diced pineapple

1/4 Cup diced red onion

1 Cup marinara sauce

1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Cup shredded mozzarella

1 Pre-made flatbread crust (6” x 13”)

 Instructions:

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the flatbread crust

Top the marinara the shredded cheese mixture

Place the diced honey ham, pineapple, and red onion on top of the cheese

Place the prepared flatbread onto the pizza peel

Using the pizza peel, insert flatbread into the oven directly onto the pizza stone

Select the preset flatbread pizza recipe

When the timer sounds, use the pizza peel to remove the finished flatbread

 

S'mores Dessert Flatbread

Ingredients:

1 Cup of chocolate hazelnut spread

1 Cup crushed graham crackers

marshmallows1 Cup mini marshmallows

1 Pre-made flatbread crust (6” x 13”)

 Instructions:

Evenly distribute the chocolate hazelnut spread across the flatbread crust

Top the chocolate hazelnut spread with the crushed graham crackers

Place the prepared flatbread onto the pizza peel

Using the pizza peel, insert flatbread into the oven directly onto the pizza stone

Select the preset flatbread pizza recipe

When the timer sounds, use the pizza peel to remove the flatbread

Spread the mini marshmallows across the pizza

Using the pizza peel re-insert the flatbread and select the "Manual" category & the 15 Second Air Recipe

 After this last setting, the marshmallows will be toasted to perfection, completing the flatbread
