Adding a Kid's Menu to Your Delivery Program

Adding a Kids Menu to Your Delivery Program

More than ever it is important to make sure your establishment is able to cater to not only the needs of your typical diner, but also the youngest of appetites. Ensuring that your menu has options for all ages is a great way to keep your business in the front of your customers' mental Rolodex of eateries. Let's face it, being home all day with a house full of kids isn't easy. Especially now, when parents are wearing many more hats than just mom or dad. At some point they need a break, and even though it might just be as little as not having to prepare dinner, it is still a much appreciated break.

At Motion Technology, Inc., we love coming up with fun recipes that children will love! One of our absolute favorite recipes brings together two of the best kid's menu items ever created, pepperoni pizza and cheese quesadilla. That's right, we are taking every day menu choices and turning them into an awesome meal for even the pickiest of eaters!

Don't believe us? Test out the recipe below and see for yourself.

Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 Large Flour Tortilla (Burrito Size)
1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Chopped Pepperoni
1/4 Cup Diced Pepper
1/4 Cup Diced Onion
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

Instructions

Lay tortilla out flat and spread 1/4 of your marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle all of your mozzarella cheese onto of your thin layer of sauce.
Layer your pepperoni, onion, and peppers on top of your cheese.
Using pizza peel insert quesadilla into MultiChef XL, placing it directly on the pizza stone.
Close oven and select pre-programmed Quesadilla Recipe.
Quesadilla will cook for only 55 seconds.
When the timer sounds, remove quesadilla using the pizza peel.
Place on a clean, flat surface and fold the quesadilla in half so all of the toppings are concealed by the tortilla.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Wrap in foil tightly to keep warm during delivery.
Serve the remainder of the marinara sauce for dipping.

So, there it is, the kid's menu item they just won't be able to get enough of! Remember to keep checking in weekly for more great recipes and tips!
