From the newest innovations in foodservice to classic C-Store merchandise, NACS has it all. Of course, here at [Motion Technology Inc,](https://mtiproducts.com/)we could not be more thrilled to once again be a part of this amazing experience.** **So, what is NACS all about? ** [The NACS show](https://www.nacsshow.com/?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=CPC&utm_campaign=2019_NACSshow&utm_content=Branded_Ad3&gclid=CjwKCAjw2qHsBRAGEiwAMbPoDMLdmeFTnHdRIXjLj95AKIjEm6faSndx1NFdVEWdPhvWlDy0_wYBIBoC1xwQAvD_BwE) brings together buyers and sellers from the convenience store industry from all around the world, over the course of 4 days. Fully loaded with [educational sessions, new product launches, and tons of fun events](https://www.nacsshow.com/Explore/Schedule-of-Events)! ![NACS Show 2](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/NACS%20Show%202.png?width=237&name=NACS%20Show%202.png)Needless to say, this show is HUGE! No seriously, it is over [400,000 square feet of Expo](https://nacs19.mapyourshow.com/8_0/floorplan/). Now, don’t feel overwhelmed, the expo is separated into six different sections: Fuel Equipment & Services, Food Equipment & Foodservice Programs, Candy/Snacks, Facility Development & Store Operations, Merchandise and Technology, making exploration of the show easy for the attendees! Guests have the chance to discover new products, trends, and tactics to help them improve sales, acquire new customers, and expand their knowledge base. Just about 24,000 people attend NACS each year, so you can be sure to have the opportunity to interact with the right people at the right time. **Why should you attend NACS?** The times they are a changing! Today’s convenience stores have come quite a long way since their beginnings. There was a time when a C-Store was only good for some quick scratch tickets, a chocolate bar, and maybe a pack of ![MultiChef](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Equipment/Machine%20Photos/MultiChef.png?width=200&name=MultiChef.png)cigarettes. But this is the farthest from the truth when you walk into the convenience stores of 2019. Instantly you are hit with the smells of freshly prepared food, the gleam of shining counters and floors, and there is a sign in the window that says, [“Now Delivering”.](https://www.cspdailynews.com/technologyservices/kwik-trip-begins-delivery-eatstreet) Yes, it is a whole new world for C-Store operators and owners, as they are faced with new trends and clientele. At MTI, we could not be happier to supply stores with our ventless kitchen equipment to help satisfy the changing industry. The shift from roller grills, to fresh fried foods, fast baked flatbreads and tasty grilled sandwiches, doesn't have to be a challenging one! We are here to make the switch pain free and and most importantly, profitable for your business. **Why do we attend this show?** There are many reasons we attend this show, but the most important reason is to spread the word on our ventless kitchen equipment and showcase our newest and most innovative creations. For nearly thirty years, we've been perfecting our family of fryers along with our high-speed oven, and we want every ![Autofry-Group_colorcorrected](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Equipment/Machine%20Photos/Autofry-Group_colorcorrected.png?width=300&name=Autofry-Group_colorcorrected.png)business, especially those in the [C-Store industry](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/expanding-foodservice-in-c-stores-with-the-multichef-xl), to see the amazing ways they can help establish financial growth and security with our products. The cooking versatility that the [AutoFry](https://www.autofry.com/) and [MultiChef XL](https://multichef.com/) offer, along with their unique ventless operation, help our clients save on costly hood installation and service. We know foodservice is one of the few areas of sales that shows consistent growth within the C-Store industry, so let us help you expand your business' success!  Make sure to find your way over to [**Booth # 8459**](https://nacs19.mapyourshow.com/8_0/floorplan/?hallID=C&selectedBooth=booth~8459) in Hall C and check out everything that our [Ventless Revolution](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/vented-vs-ventless-commercial-deep-fryer) has to offer.
