# Future Focused: Fire up the Food Trucks!

Published by [Danielle Fantasia](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/author/danielle-fantasia) on Jun 26, 2020 9:30:00 AM

**![Future Focused_ Fire up the Food Trucks ](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Future%20Focused_%20Fire%20up%20the%20Food%20Trucks%20.png?width=1500&name=Future%20Focused_%20Fire%20up%20the%20Food%20Trucks%20.png)**

**Now, more than ever, people are looking to get out of the house, and find ways to get back to a bit of normalcy. They are seeking out dining options that are not only delicious, but safe as well, and food trucks are a perfect way to offer exactly that! The obvious, enticing factor is the appeal of  outdoor dining. Not to mention the ability to set up shop in different locations to attract as many patrons as possible. Of course, food trucks don't just grow on trees. So, let's talk about how making the right purchasing choices can help ease the cost of getting on the road. **

We know that the food service industry isn't for the meek and mild. You have to bring your best 24/7 and that goes for your equipment too. Owners and operators need to put money into tools that will increase production, guaranteeing return on investment, and saving them money.  At [Motion Technology, Inc.,](https://mtiproducts.com/) we have spent [decades](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/30-years-of-ventless-innovations-with-mti) perfecting our hands-free, ventless kitchen equipment. With our high-speed oven, the [MultiChef XL](https://multichef.com/) and line of fully contained deep fryers, the [AutoFry](https://autofry.com/), you can make your food truck flourish!

Not sure what kind of food your truck will serve? Prepare all the classics! Everything from chicken wings and tater tots, to pizzas and paninis. But, it doesn't stop there. Feel free to think outside of the box and try [fun menu items](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/celebrating-foodies-day-with-four-funky-fried-foods) like deep fried peanut butter and jellies or prosciutto and fig jam flatbreads.

Now, maybe you're thinking that you will have to hire a chef to execute these menu items. Well, don't put out the ad just yet. Both the AutoFry and MultiChef XL are simple to use and can be operated with the press of just a couple buttons. Training is quick and easy. Plus, we have [guides](https://mtiproducts.com/resources/cleaning-guides/) and [videos](https://www.youtube.com/user/AutofryMTI/) to assist our customers with just about anything they might need.

🍕🌭🍟🍔🌮🍩🌯

**So, what are you waiting for?! Get ready to FIRE UP THE FOOD TRUCKS and bring MTI along for the ride! **
