They have created a deliciously crispy, [breaded fillet](https://www.brakebush.com/whats-new) that deserves a place on any menu. Whether you have an existing business, or you are looking to add a foodservice program, this is the product for you! The crunchy exterior seals in all the flavorful juices in this scratch-made masterpiece, leaving your customers wanting more. One of the best parts about their new breaded fillets are their versatility. They come in a classic and spicy version, which are both great bases for all kinds of sensational sandwiches. Here, at MTI we are always excited to use Brakebush products in our recipes, and these fillets are no different. Take![Brakebush Spicy_Crispy_Fillet](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Brakebush%20Spicy_Crispy_Fillet.jpg?width=329&name=Brakebush%20Spicy_Crispy_Fillet.jpg) the classic fillet, we suggest making it breakfast friendly by topping it with bacon jam and a sunny side up egg, then served it up on a fluffy biscuit. Talk about tasty! Don’t worry, we didn’t forget the spicy fillet. We recommend putting a tropical twist on this hot little number. Pineapple and mango salsa is the perfect amount of sweet to match that heat. Pile it all onto a toasted potato roll and you have a lunch or dinner menu option that simply can’t be beat! Deciding what to put on your menu can be complicated and honestly a little stressful. There are so many things to consider. How many entrée options will your menu have? Will you serve dessert? The list goes on and on. The important thing to remember is that as long as you deliver on quality and flavor, your customers will leave happy, and continue to come back. After [thirty plus years](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/30-years-of-ventless-innovations-with-mti)in the deep-fryer business, we have seen, and tasted our fair share of fried chicken. We know that Brakebush Chicken is the only choice for owners and operators that want their establishments to stand out among all the rest. For this very reason, we [partnered with Brakebush](https://www.mtiproducts.com/rebates/brakebush) Chicken over 20 years ago, and are proud to introduce their products to our customers. Our MTI Rebate Program includes $500.00 in “dollar-for-dollar” rebates on a number of delicious products from Brakebush Chicken.
