The bar industry has taken its hits, but now is the time for owners and operators to focus on the future and make the plans necessary to help their businesses thrive. This is the time to take advantage of every and any opportunity that will restore profits. It is no secret that delicious food goes hand and hand with just about any boozy beverage. It is also no secret that same delicious food can attract new customers, keep them staying longer, and in turn have them spending more. Sounds pretty good right? Maybe you’re thinking it also sounds expensive? Well, it doesn’t have to be. With the right kitchen equipment, businesses can avoid the high costs of a vent or hood system, which can sometimes run as high as [$30,000.00](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/vented-vs-ventless-commercial-deep-fryer). Ventless kitchen equipment, like the [AutoFry](http://www.autofry.com)or [MultiChef XL](http://www.multichef.com) allows you to set up shop in just about![Thirsty Thursday 1_14_2021](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Thirsty%20Thursday%201_14_2021.png?width=282&name=Thirsty%20Thursday%201_14_2021.png) any space. Simply place either the fryer or oven…or both, conveniently on your countertop, plug in and you are ready to roll. Create all kinds of tasty menu options like chicken tenders and French fries or flatbread pizzas and toasted subs. You are only limited by your imagination. Ok, so now you are probably wondering if you have to hire a professional cook to make those menu options a reality? Nope! Both the AutoFry and MultiChef XL are so easy to use any employee can operate them. With just the press of a few buttons your staff will be foodservice pros, saving you loads on labor costs. Not to mention all of our equipment is fully contained with exteriors that stay cool to the touch, keeping users [safe from burns or other injuries](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/fryer-safety-101-open-vs-enclosed). We know, this all seems too good to be true but, we don’t expect you to just take our word for it. Our customers have shared their ventless experiences with us, and we would love to share them with you. Our [testimonial page](https://www.mtiproducts.com/testimonials-2) is filled with quotes and videos from some pretty pleased patrons.
