Happy National Taco Day!

Whether it is sausage and egg tacos for breakfast, or chipotle chicken tacos for dinner, the options are practically endless. Here, at Motion Technology Inc., we enjoy just about any kind of taco, but we thought for this very special holiday we would share with all of you one our favorite twists on an authentic Mexican taco recipe. We used the MultiChef XL to turn traditional Pork Carnitas tacos into a flatbread pizza that is truly delicioso!

So, what exactly is Pork Carnitas?  The word Carnitas, literally means "little meats", and they just happen to be the most tender and savory “little meats” that have ever been created.  This traditional dish originally surfaced in the state of Michoacán, Mexico, and is prepared by braising pork (typically the shoulder or loin) in oil, with herbs and spices until it is tender enough to shred. Served with soft corn tortillas, white onion and cilantro, it is hard to only eat just one!

Alright, now that you are salivating, lets hit you with that flatbread recipe.
