We are days away from welcoming Spring, and with the warm weather and blooming flowers comes the perfect opportunity for owners and operators in the foodservice industry to change up their menus for the new season. Adding options that incorporate fresh fruits, veggies and herbs is a great way to capture that Spring feeling for all your guests to enjoy!

Roasted Veggie PaninisVeggie panini

Here’s one for the vegetable lovers! Zucchini, bell peppers and Portobello mushrooms make for a healthy yet delicious pairing. We roast these veggies to perfection in the MultiChef™ and place them between two slices of hearty, multigrain bread, ensuring everything stays together up until the very last bite. Add a spicy, chipotle mayo and we guarantee you won’t miss the meat on this panini!

Garlic Lemon-Pepper Fries

Finding new ways to get creative with our French fries from the AutoFry® is one of our favorite activities. This time we tossed crinkle cut fries in garlic salt, lemon zest and black pepper, making sure every bite really packs a punch! Add these to your menu as an appetizer or side dish.

Balsamic Strawberries & Mozzarella Flatbreads

We just can’t stop making flatbread pizzas in the MultiChef and the combination of sweet strawberries, tangy balsamic and creamy mozzarella makes it even harder to resist. Finish your flatbread with fresh basil and you’ve got a handheld masterpiece that can be served as an entrée or shareable!
