Takeout Tips_ Dont Forget Dessert

There really is nothing like ending a great meal with an even greater dessert. When it comes to takeout and delivery it is important to create sweet treats that not only travel well, but make your customers feel good too. Desserts are pure comfort food. After a long day, ordering some takeout that also includes a scrumptious confection is just what you need.

Here, at Motion Technology, Inc., we understand the benefits of adding desserts to your takeout and delivery program. For this reason, we decided to share one of our easiest and sweetest recipes with all of you! Not only is  this recipe super simple, it is also made using inexpensive ingredients to help keep you from breaking the bank.

Check it out below and give it a shot. You and your customers will NOT be disappointed!

Peanut Butter S'mores Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Creamy or Crunchy)
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1 Large Tortilla (Burrito Size)

Instructions

  • Spoon chocolate hazelnut spread and peanut butter onto your tortilla until you almost reach the edges.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate hazelnut spread and peanut butter.
  • Fold your tortilla in half, concealing your ingredients.
  • Using your Pizza Peel, insert your quesadilla into the MultiChef XL, directly onto your pizza stone.
  • Place your Panini/Griddle pan on top of your quesadilla. This will prevent the tortilla from puffing up and opening, and will also give grill marks to your quesadilla.
  • Select the pre-programmed Quesadilla Recipe.
  • After just 55 seconds your timer will sound.
  • Remove your quesadilla from the oven with your pizza peel.
  • Wrap in foil to keep warm during transportation.
It really is that simple! This simple and sweet recipe is the perfect ending to any meal.
