MultiChef Menu: Pepperoni Pizza Waffle Fries

Adding new items to your menu is an easy and effective way to increase foot traffic to your business. At Motion Technology, Inc. we love coming up with new recipes for our highspeed ovens, the MultiChef XS & MultiChef XLT. So, we decided to share one of our all-time favorite recipes with our readers in hopes you will all feel the same way we do.

Pepperoni Pizza Waffle Fries

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 4 Minutes 25 SecondsPizza waffle fries - mcxs

 

Ingredients:

1lb Frozen Waffle Fries (We recommend McCain Foods)

10-15 Slices of Pepperoni

2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella

1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning Blend

½ Cup Marinara Sauce (For Dipping)

 

Instructions:

Turn on the MultiChef XS or XLT and allow it to preheat to 500 degrees.

Load your Solid Teflon Tray with frozen waffle fries.

Using the pizza peel, insert loaded tray into the oven.

Select the French Fries Preset (3 Minutes & 55 Seconds) and your timer will begin counting down.

When the timer sounds, remove the finished fries.

Top fries with shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning blend and pepperoni.

Place the loaded waffle fries back into the MultiChef and select the 30 Second Manual Cook option that uses 50% Microwave and 50% Impinged Air.

When the timer sounds, remove the finished product once again using the pizza peel.

Plate your fries and serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
