Look, we know that it can be difficult for many businesses to transition from the warmer months. Some will see a significant decline in foot traffic as school begins and Summer vacations come to an end. When planning for this typically slower season, owners and operators can look to the food they serve to be a flavor beacon for their potential customers. You know, like an *If you build it, they will come* kind of thing. Changing up your options to reflect the flavors of fall in a fun way will help create a buzz about your menu and draw in guests.  Now, there are so many great fall items you can add to your menu, but to make the decision a bit easier we have put together our TOP 3 favorites here at [MTI](http://www.mtiproducts.com). Check them out below! **Fresh from the Farm Panini** This sandwich brings together all the fresh farm flavors that anyone could ever want. Apple, cooked bacon, white cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard are all nestled between two hearty slices of country white bread and toasted to perfection for the ultimate fall experience.![Chicken Biscuit - MTI Logo ](https://blog.mtiproducts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Chicken%20Biscuit%20-%20MTI%20Logo%20.png?width=251&name=Chicken%20Biscuit%20-%20MTI%20Logo%20.png) **Gettin’ Figgy wit it Chicken Biscuit** We took a time-tested menu item and gave it a Fall twist that no one will be able to resist. We started with a [Brakebush Signature Classic Crispy Chicken Fillet](https://www.brakebush.com/all-products/)placed it on top of a flakey biscuit that had been smeared with fig jam. Then we added a couple slices of pickled jalapenos to round it out with a bit of salt and heat. Serve this up for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner!  **Butterscotch Pumpkin Pie Pockets** Last, but by no means least, we have dessert! Nothing says Fall like pumpkin pie, so we wanted to do this seasonal sensation justice while taking it to a whole different level. Eggroll wrappers are filled with pumpkin puree, nutmeg, cinnamon, and tiny butterscotch chips. We like to throw them in the freezer to firm up a bit before deep-frying. When finished you can serve them with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream to bring it all together. So, don’t let the change of the season affect your sales. With the right fryer and oven you can create these menu items and drive your foot traffic with ease. Make sure to check back in for more tasty inspiration each week!
